5. Data processing related to registration

6. Data processed:

Data processed are the data provided by users on a compulsory or voluntary basis. In case of organisations: name, name of the company, VAT number, company registration number, telephone number, Facebook page, website, field of activities, photo gallery and events of the organisation, organisational assessments.

In case of private persons: name, telephone number, mobile phone number, areas of interest, activities taken up while volunteering, assessments of voluntary work.

While visiting the website www.glocovo.com, the IP address of the user’s computer, the start and end time of the visit as well as the type of browser and OP system, depending on the settings of the user’s computer, are registered. All these data are automatically logged by the system.

In the networking world, personal information and customized services may only be provided if providers are able to uniquely identify the habits and needs of their customers. An anonymous visitor ID (cookie) is a unique string capable of being used for identification and storing profile information, placed by providers on the computers of visitors. Users may limit the use of cookies by changing their browser settings.

Users are solely responsible for the validity and accuracy of the data provided by them. Glocovo Kft. does not assume any responsibility and cannot and will not be liable for any consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate data provision.

7. Legal basis of data processing:

8. Purpose of data processing:
The purpose of data processing of data and information provided by the user on a compulsory or voluntary basis is: sending newsletters, information on events, setting up the portfolio of volunteers and organisations, making volunteer and organisation targeted searches possible for all those who have registered.

9. Duration of data processing:
A. In the case of data provided on a compulsory basis, data processing lasts as long as the user is a registered user of the website www.glocovo.com and the Glocovo mobile application. In case of unlawful, deceptive use of personal data or crimes committed by the user, the data controller is entitled to immediately delete the data of the user in accordance with the terms and conditions.
B. During the use of the website www.glocovo.com, data are stored in the log file and kept for a minimun of 1 year from the visit.

10. Deletion of personal data:
Users can ask for deletion of their registration and profile by sending an e-mail to support@glocovo.com.

11. Advertisements:
Glocovo Kft. reserves the right to send newsletters to users based on their data provided at the time of registration, as well as to place advertisements on the website and in the application.

Personal data are stored on dedicated servers installed in the server room of Giganet Kft. in Hungary, with 24-hour protection.

16. Possible modification of the privacy policy:
Glocovo Kft. reserves the right to modify the current privacy policy, after having informed users in advance, unilaterally. The use of the service after the modifications have been made will constitute the user’s acceptance of the modified privacy policy.

17. Users’ rights related to their personal data processing:
Users may request information on the processing of their personal data. At their request, the data controller shall provide information on the data processed, purpose, legal basis and duration of data processing, name and address (seat) of the data processor, all the data processing related activities as well as the grounds and addressees of data transfer. The request of information is to be sent via e-mail to support@glocovo.com, response is due within 8 working days.

18. Users’ right to legal remedy:
Based on Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and the Civil Code, users may enforce their rights at court as well as seek legal remedy and submit a complaint to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. User agreement and conditions

In effect: from 20 March 2017

The current agreement has been drafted in Hungarian. Should any part of the translation contradict the original Hungarian version, the Hungarian text shall prevail. 

1. Data protection
   
   The privacy policy of GLOCOVO Kft. contains the principles of data processing and data collection, it is in line with the Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information. 2. Content and information sharing
3. By signing up to GLOCOVO (website and application), the user agrees to the terms and conditions of use.
4. In awareness of criminal liability, the user declares that he/she/it is a real person or entity, the data provided are true and he/she/it does not misuse the personal or company data of any third party.

3.   Security

GLOVOCO Kft. does everything it can to process and manage user information in a secure environment, however, the company cannot provide any guarantee.

a)     The user undertakes not to share untrue contents, events and improper or indecent photos.

b)     The organisation as user undertakes to recruit volunteers only for real activities.

c)     The organisation as user undertakes not to share articles and contents that are indecent or may violate the personal rights of any third party.

d)     The user undertakes not to share untrue statements that may violate personal rights.

e)     No user is allowed to use GLOCOVO for network marketing purposes such as pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing.

f)      In awareness of criminal liability, the user declares that he/she/it will not post any unrequested message or upload virus to the GLOCOVO system.

g)     It is prohibited to post any article, comment or photo that may be source of discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion or political affiliation.

h)     It is prohibited to post any misleading, unlawful or pornographic article, photo or comment.

4.     Payment

If the user accepts the following conditions related to the use of the GLOCOVO website and application:

1. Subscriptions. If the user subscribes to use the application or the website, the financing instrument provided by the user is immediately charged, also, this financing instrument will be the one charged at the beginning of each subscription period.
2. If the user signs up for a free trial period or download the application within this free trial period, and the user does not cancel his/her/its subscription by the end of the free trial period, GLOCOVO will charge the annual subscription fee from the user’s financial instrument at the beginning of each subscription period.
3. You may cancel your subscription anytime by requesting the deletion of your registration.
    

5.     Termination

In case the user violates or infringes in any way the terms and conditions, he/she/it will receive a warning. If the violation of the terms and conditions remain, GLOCOVO is entitled to delete the account and portfolio of the user. 

6.     Disputes

a)     The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute by trying to negotiate and reach an agreement. In case the attempt fails, the parties may move forward to trial and settle the dispute in court.
